Our Consumer Line aims to answer 90% of all calls within 20 seconds during normal office hours 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you are holding for longer than 20 seconds then you will be offered the facility to leave your number and an agent will call you back as soon as they are available.
