Do I really have to read my terms and conditions?

Another specific issue relates to consumers' awareness of the contract they are entering into and the understanding of the associated terms and conditions.
We would like to remind all consumers to ensure that they carefully read the full list of terms and conditions before consent is given to switch to a new operator or even a new price plan with the same operator. Such conditions might be:-

The minimum duration required to stay with the operator i.e.. the minimum contract period
How payment is made
Additional costs for making calls to certain numbers, or additional services etc.

If you are unclear with the conditions attached, seek clarity from the service provider before agreeing to take up the offer.
