I am being billed by two operators at the same time - what can I do ?
ComReg would like to advise consumers:
- that line rental should not be paid to more than one operator for any given period. However, the error may arise when consumers switch between operators.
If such an incident occurs, immediately contact the operator that you have just left and advise them that your services have been taken over by your new provider and highlight the incorrect charge they are applying to you.
- to check invoices very closely to ensure the chargeable dates do not overlap resulting in a double-billing
