I'm being billed for services I do not have/want - what can I do ?

This occurs when services such as voice-mail, call forwarding or call barring are applied to landline phone bills when the consumer may have not specifically requested them. ComReg advise all consumers to check

Which services they require
Which services are being charged for; for example call barring is subject to both set up charges and monthly charges, voice-mail may also incur a charge.
Which services are charged for, but are included in their package price.
