Getting the Home Phone service that's right for you

There are lots of different service providers and packages to choose from when selecting a home phone provider. Depending on where you live, you may be able to get packages which include tv and / or broadband along with your home phone, or you can choose a home phone service on its own.

Changing to a new service provider

Before changing your service provider you should be aware of whether you are still in contract with your existing provider. Most home phone contracts are for a minimum 12 month period. If you change providers before the minimum period is over, you will still be charged for the period of time remaining on your first contract. This is known as a cancellation penalty or early termination fee.
