What if the charge for dial-up continues to appear on my bill after I have cancelled?
If you have sent an email to eircomnetcontracts@eircom.net and the charge appears on the bill for the next billing period after the cancellation, you should contact your operator who is responsible for resolving any billing issues that arise. If your provider does not resolve the issue in accordance with their code of practice you should contact ComReg consumer line to make a complaint;
