Yes, you can switch to another service provider if your service provider changes your terms & conditions and you do not accept the changes. The switch must take place within one month from when you were notified of the proposed change and your right to withdraw. Subsequent to switching, you may also be required to contact your old service provider within one month from when you were notified of the proposed change to let your service provider know that you wish to withdraw from your contract because you do not accept the changes.
