Mobile Phone Scam

ComReg are investigating a mobile phone scam that appears to be targeting Irish 087 mobile numbers. Mobile users are receiving short calls or missed calls beginning with the number +3 86 xxxxxxxx. Consumers are advised not to return calls using their landline or mobile phone to +386 numbers that they do not recognise as it appears they may be linked to a premium rate number in Slovenia.
