Smart Telecom has today applied to the High Court for the appointment of an Examiner to the company. ComReg has been informed by Smart Telecom that it will continue to provide uninterrupted service to its customers throughout and following this process. This process is intended to facilitate a restructuring of the organisation and ComReg has been advised that there should be no detrimental impact on customer service.
