Strike out of High Court Judicial Review

High Court judicial review proceedings between Phone Paid Services Association Limited, Modeva Interactive, Zamano plc and the Commission for Communications Regulation (‘ComReg’) were struck out by the High Court yesterday. An Order for costs was made by the High Court in favour of ComReg.
