Introduction

There are a number of areas that have a consumer impact where ComReg has responsibility.  This section outlines ComReg's role in relation to these areas. 

In relation to Pay TV services, ComReg no longer has a regulatory function concerning the price, quality of service or the services provided.  Consequently, ComReg is not in a position to handle complaints directly relating to broadcasting.
