Broadband, Phone and Postal information for the Irish consumer from ComReg

Introduction

The 'Tell us’ section contains information relating to ComReg’s Consumer Policy and lodging queries and complaints with ComReg’s Consumer Line. Complaints should be notified to ComReg when consumers fail to achieve resolution having first reported it to their operator.

This section also shows quarterly statistics regarding contacts made to ComReg by consumers. Here, further information on the most common topics is provided to ensure that consumers can keep informed of current consumer issues and concerns.

This section also has a consultation section; which lists all current consultations open for responses which can be submitted via the website.
